North have accepted an invitation to compete at DreamHack Masters Malmö, the event's organisers have announced. With the addition of North, the team count for the Swedish event has been brought to eleven, with the Danish side joining an already stacked lineup filled with top ten sides such as Liquid, Vitality and Astralis. North have experienced a range of placings in the last two months, securing a third-fourth finish at the ECS Season 7 Finals and picking up an uninspiring 9th-12th placing at ESL Pro League Season 9 Finals before locking down a spot at the StarLadder Major via the Minor Play-in. ![]() North are no strangers to DreamHack Masters events, having even emerged victorious in 2018 at the Stockholm tournament after beating fellow Danish side Astralis in the final. DreamHack Masters Malmö will run from October 1-6 and will feature a $250,000 prize pool.
